MTN Biggest *******.
These guys decided to double debit the my bank account for their billing cycle change. nowhere in their communication did it state that because of the cycle change, the amount debited will be more than normal. I have immediately requested for my contract to be closed as I am at the end of my contract on both my phones. they are nothing but ******* in my eyes and I hope Nigeria hits them again with a fine.

The decision to change debit order dates is so that you will no longer pay your account one month in arrears. Going forward you will pay for the current month at the normal fee.
Should you not be able to settle the full amount at once, we are willing to assist with a payment arrangement over 2 months. This can be by contacting our offices directly.
