On the 30th Nov 20119, during the Black Friday Weekend, I received a sms promo from MTN "yello, go to the nearest MTN store this Black Friday weekend and get a MF927U router for R599 and get 25GB anytime data X 12 months". I got to MTN CLearwater Mall, the manager told me it was their way of attracting customers, the offer is 13G for the first month and 1G for 12month thereafter. I told them they sent out false advert which is *******, he told me to read the Ts & Cs on their website. today is the 02 Dec 2019, data has not been loaded, and I called the store at first and they promised to call me back. After an hour I called again, I was told to wait for another 24hrs because the technical department has a backlog. I am not happy with MTN and the reviews I see are not good at all.

03 Dec 2019, 17:36Just to add to this i went to Clearwater Mall after i struggled to get hold of them. Eventually around 3pm they finally answered their phone. I got to the store still data not loaded all i am saying be careful of MTN promos they are misleading just to attract customers.
