MTN- BIGGEST GREEDY BUNCH OF FOOLS

I have been having endless porblems with my MTN contract for the past 9 months. In october 2016 I had upgraded my contract at the Westwood MTN store where they had completely messed up the entire upgrade. Despite numerous complaints to staff and senior management , trips to the MTN customer complaint store in Umhlanga, and hello peter complaints nothing was done to assist. Finally in March 2017 - 5 frustrating Months later my contract was migrated to the correct package. without cancelling my previous contract. My upgrade contrant was an amount of R349. I am being debited a ridiculous amount of R798 per month since the migration has taken place as MTN is still charging me for my previous contract. Despite quering it on numerous occassions nothing has been done to rectify their mistake. They keep charging me this unaffordable amount and i am recieving no joy in trying to rectify this problem. I cannot believe that MTN is so *********** and greedy. MTN is now a nightmare to deal with and I will NEVER have any dealings with them again.
