MTN BIGGEST ****** ON THIS PLANET
<p>I have been battling with MTN since Dec 2015, as I took a contract 24 month contrat for a Sony M2 aqua, and it suddenly stopped working after hardly a year using it. Instead of MTN reparing my phone or getting me a new phone, they are not playing hide and seek. When will MTN take accountability for their redundant stock that has expired which they are giving to their clients and MTN. This is the worst service ever, from such an international company, it is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MTN get house in order and stop making your clients pay for your bad financial decisions</p>

All that you have responded on is based on assumptions. When I handed the device in, no inspection was done in front of me to ascertain what was wrong with the device. And also I took a Sony Aqua M2 which is water and dust proof, so what is your point or rather what was the point of getting a device that is water resistant or was it a faulty device?
