MTN - biggest ******** in SA history

I lodged a complaint with MTN, a guy by the name if Ishie from the complaints department said the will look into the matter. Its been over 2 months, do I now complain about a complaint.

I just want this to be over, warned all my friends and family to stay away from taking up a contract with MTN
