MTN: BEWARE of ********** MTN contracts!

For a few months now I'm trying to get a copy of a 24 Month contract I allegedly have with MTN. After multiple attempts via call centres and at store level, MTN has not even had the decency to reply. I have a suspicion that someone had done a ********** contract in my name. The sad reality is that I work for a company that has over 800 MTN contracts and this is the pathetic service I get from MTN. I have done everything possible to get hold of anyone to help me, but with no luck. I sincerely hope that this last resort will generate the necessary assistance.
