Mtn betrayal

Mtn had ****** me of extra 10 Gb home data that was promised to me upon renewal of my contract in February. Some time in April or May I enquired about it and was told there is no data due to be I'm on the same contract deal I was when I first took the contract and I was sent a msg that the case was closed. Last Sunday I sent them and email wherein I again enquired about the missing data and this time threatened to take the matter to hello Peter and ombudsman, immediately I received a prompt response saying that the mater is being investigated and son after another that said a call has been logged to load my missing data. These people are ****** it took me to make this threat to get my data back since February. Thanks to Hello Peter
