MTN being spitefull after being caught out with ******* activities.

MTN handed me over to Experian credit bureau after I called them out on their contraventions of the CPA and other laws. Namely; Failed to provide statement on request Failed to deliver device Failed to cancel contract on numerous requests Overcharged account Failed to refund account Failed to engage on queries. Failed to update contact detail as per contractual agreement.

Just to add to the pile of complaints that MTN already gets for their utterly pathetic customer service.
