MTN being shady!

I have been an MTN customer with 2 mobile data packages which ended the initial term last year. I was offered a new deal as part of taking up a further contract for another 24 months. The package mentioned that I will now get 60GB data as part of going further with you guys, all this was a lie and I have been getting 20GB ever since I renewed it. I have been to MTN stores and tried calling your comtact centre instead I keep being told that we escalating we escalating whereas I am the one who is suffering and being short changed. MTN must provide me my data or terminate so I go to another service provider as you are not being honest.

I had to even create this hellopeter profile just to comment on your guys terrible service!
