MTN being Dishonest deducting cancelled contract from customers.

My fathers cellphone contract came to an end he had the option to terminate the contract or to take out another contract, my father phoned MTN 4 times to cancel the contract and terminate it. MTN CALL CENTRE advised that it is now cancelled and will no longer be deducted from his account. The contract expired in July and the lady advised that by the 7th of August the contract will be terminated the cell number will no longer be available.

To our surprize another debit order went off end of August. 4 people was dishonest at MTN and did not cancel the contract as requested. My father has cancer and does not have the enerhy to deal with this at this stage MTN is busy with ***** as it was cancelled 4 times.

This is not on and we will be taking furher legal steps should this not be sorted and cancelled as requested.
