MTN begins to issue **** Sportsmans Warehouse Vouchers

MTN relaunched their rewards programme last week. It is included in the MTN app and one can use your YelloBucks to purchase vouchers for a number of items from differing suppliers - very similar to eBuck from FNB.

Tested out by using some of my YelloBucks to buy 2 Sportsmans R50 vouchers. Received SMS with the voucher numbers and went off to purchase an item only be told the voucher numbers were **** and did not exist. Called the manager and he confirmed no such programme exists between MTN and Sportsmans. Went on to call Sportsmans Help centre and they confirmed the same.

Have tried to get any info out of MTN since Saturday and well you know how their support is. I am still waiting for anyone that can even authenticate me as a customer as their systems are down.

Must be bad when a company such as MTN begins issuing **** vouchers via their app as rewards!
