MTN Beacon Bay, Retail Park, East London

I stood in line at MtN beacon bay, retail park, East London, My upgrade was approved, I was told to.come into the store to sign. After standing patiently in que to be helped(4 or 5 people walked in after me and got assistance beforw me btw) Once I reached the front counter, I was asked to provide my ID number, device was fetched from the safe, only to be told I have to wait more as they need to do my biometrics and there were other people waiting bwfore me(they wernt even in the store) and they only had 1 station to do so and I was told to wait or come back later. I have already missed work for more than an Hour only to be told to wait longer. No apology. Nothing. Such bad service for a long standing MTN client. Disgusting to say the least! I'd much rather look for an alternative supplier
