My phone was disconnected by MTN when I approached a mtn store consultant who informed me that my contract was cancelled and I owe over R1300 to sort it out. This contract was not cancelled by me. They issued a ticket number *** and told me they would get back to me by means of an sms on a phone that they have disconnected.
