I was contacted by Carmen Barnes to do an upgrade on the 15th October 2021. I cancelled the upgrade on the 18th of October as I could not afford it. I have been unemployed and undergoing cancer treatment and just don't have the money to pay for it. She told me I could go on pay as you go immediately. Now on the 1st November, I see that I am still on contract for a new handset package.
