MTN BAYWEST PE IS APPALLING!!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT EVER MAKE USE OF THE MTN STORE AT BAYWEST MALL PORT ELIZABETH! They will drain the living day lights out of you! Suck all of your energy!! I have never in my life met such an *********** bunch of people like those people! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THEE most appalling service ever. Their attitude stinks and they can’t even give you clear direction or even articulate their own services. Their own services, I mean are you serious? You don’t know you’re own service? but they are consultants there! Instead they give you an attitude , worst part of it all is that even the so called manager or the owners son as said, appalling attitude as well! Terrible! No skills whatsoever to deal with clients/people. Far from a leader but a typical BOSS; hence the entire organogram is rotten because the root itself has no client respect nor relations; an appalling attitude ; showed no care and not bothered whatsoever and his comment saying EVERY BUSINESS HAS BEEN PUT ON HELLO PETER so therefore HE DIESNT CARE ABOUT THAT! As if this is something to be proud of!! Mind you we just bought 2 top of the range IPHONES THERE but this is the treatment we get!! I am absolutely digusted!!! They all need to either go back to school or take a course or go for training on the importance of client relations and how you deal with paying clients because nobody is doing anybody a favour here! We are paying for that service! School really goes a long way. Never seen anything like it and the cheeck is beyond me but they don’t even know what they are doing! You will find yourself spending 5hours in that store; that’s how appalling their service is!!

I will never ever step foot in that store again! THAT PARTICULAR STORE DOESNT REPRESENT THE MTN GROUP WELL AT ALL AND THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ETHICS. They run the store like a ****a shop!!! Killing the MTN BRAND totally !!!
