MTN Bayside Mall Cape Town [Marchell Corcoran]

Marchell Corcoran from MTN - Store - Bayside Mall 61 - Tableview is the worst salesperson on God's green earth and MTN shoudl fire this person, He is rude, very condescending ,very disrespectful and loud.

I came in the store wanting asking for a New contract, he saw that I have an active contract with MTN and said he can upgrade me but I'll have to pay upwards of R15000 for early upgrade which profusely rejected as I do not have that money, He continued to give me documents to sign standing over my shoulder directing where to sign for my new contract. Pnly to find out this man is doing an upgrade. which makes me now to be liable for this money I said I dont have. When I went to the store to ask them to fix they told me there's snothing they can do and MTN is very slow to respond to peoples queries.

I ame utterly dissapointed with the service I got it is shocking to see people still ebing treated like less than human things
