MTN - Battling with a cancellation on a deceased matter.

I've been battling to cancel a contract on an estate late (deceased person) since September 2025. To date, it has still not been cancelled. I phoned on various occasions, just to be sent from pillar to post all the time. I even went to a store in March 2026, and believe it or not, still no joy. I cannot with MTN anymore.
