MTN Barred Simcard

I have a recieved my contact phone and sim card on the 12 May 2023 via DSV Courier. On 13th May I went to a MTN store in Paarl mall to find out why my sim card is RICA BARRED, they couldnt assist me, only said they will log a call so that on of their Technicians can attaend to it. It will be fixed by Monday 15th May 2023 they said. Today the 19 May 2023 after numerous phone calls to the 135 number and being sent to diffrent MTN departments the whole week, still the issue has not been resolved. My contract sim is still BARRED, not able to use it at all and coming month end a debut order will be going off from my bank account for a simcard and phone that I am not able to use. And not to forget to mention, all of the call centre agents could see that my sim card was RICA'd and they dont know how or why the SIM is RICA Barred. I am still waiting for someone to help or assist me by solving this problem.
