Mtn barred my calls to retentions

Hellopeter can anyone suggest how to make Mtn cancel a contract. I tried my best they even barred my calls at retentions dept of Mtn.They don't want to cancel a contract within cooling off period. Where can I lodge a claim against them. Did anyone ever win these contract battles with Mtn?
