MTN BALLITO JUNCTION- WORST MTN STORE EVER

We are extremely disappointed with the service that we have received from MTN Ballito Junction. We have re-newed our business contracts with MTN last year (2023) during the black friday special. We needed for 1 number to be ported- even paid the extra R 200 cash that was required for the number to be ported. Till date, which is almost a year now, that number is still not ported. We are not receiving any assistance from the consultants at the branch. We are just being pushed from pillar to post. We have a business to run and this sort of poor and fustrating service from our service provider is not on. I hope this review gets someones attention at MTN and this matter is resolved asap
