MTN BALLITO JUNCTION - LIes and Deceit

MTN - Ballito Junction Branch I had a bad experience in June that left me absolutely flabbergasted when I went back into the store midway through August. In June, I went in to upgrade my contract and wanted to stay with the Samsung brand. I inquired after the Galaxy S23 model because it featured in MTN's catalog for the month. I was assisted by Aston, who categorically stated that the S23 is no longer available and could not be ordered for me. He pushed the Honor 90 instead and despite my protests that I had a Samsung tablet, assured me that it would be compatible with my tablet, and got me sorted with a 36 month contract for the Honor 90. Soo clearly, they were NOT compatible and the phone is a dud! The screen freezes, it makes calls on the Signal app while I'm on a whatsapp call and I'm now left with a 36 month contract for a ******* phone!! I went back into the same branch 2 weeks ago, and Zama, an exceptional assistant, ordered my S23 and despite Aston's flat out lies, I now have the phone I originally wanted from the same branch! What disgusts me is that I still have a 36 month contract that was given to me under false pretenses and deceit from a MTN representative. I would like some dialogue with MTN and intend taking this further if they do not rectify this matter.
