MTN Ballito Juction - No Return Policy?

I upgraded two of our corporate contracts at the MTN store in Ballito Junction Mall, the process was smooth even though they did not have stock of the and I have to back in to get what I wanted. When I picked up the phones on Friday 8th December 2017, I bought two covers for them as well, without looking at the covers as I could not try these on as these phones were not for me to use, Viwe said the IPhone 7 & 8 cases were the same and pointed some out to me. One of the two covers did not fit properly, so I took the cover back on Sunday, 10th December 2017. I spoke to a young lady, Jannel Josephs, who tried to assist by finding another cover that does fit, unfortunately that store only had covers from Tech21 and of them seemed not to fit the IPhone 8 well at the bottom, defeating the purpose of having a cover and being a waste of R599.00; and two other covers that had from another manufacturer of which one was glitter covered and the other was so smooth the phone would slip out of anyone's hand. I asked if we could return the case and either get cash back or store credit so we could get something when we needed it. Then another person came to "help" me with the return, Viwe Gokoto, he seemed to be pleasant enough and helpful, and wanted me to take something from the store, but they didn't another decent case which would fit properly and not look like a glitterball or even have screen protectors that I could take. He then started being pushy, and started talking about CPA and how I couldn't return anything, and how his books wouldn't balance if he did the return. This pushy Viwe was also calling me a word that started with M and in some other language, that sounded like manure, I was just fed up at this point, I begged him for store credit saying I didn't want the money back, I just wanted to go leave the store as I had already spent an hour and a half there . This guy Viwe was just too arrogant to sort this out for me. I am sorely disappointed in MTN's service at this point, and when I have contracts to renew going forward, I will have to seriously think why stay with a company who clearly does not want me.
