MTN Balfour park mall

On 09 October 2020 I went to the MTN store at Balfour park mall to port my number from Telkom to MTN. I came with all the required documents for Rica and purchased a MTN sim. The agent at the store said the Rica was done and that it will port during the day. On the 12th Oct my number was still on Telkom. I called the MTN call center and was told the number shows that it has not been Rica'd. I contacted the Balfour store and the agent took my ID number on the phone and said he will Rica it again. Today is the 13th and still no port. Clearly MTN Balfour is *********** and does not appreciate clients trying to join the MTN network.
