MTN Balck Friday deals not honored!

Black Friday Deal not honored. I am a current MTN contract holder with 6 accounts. On 26 Nov 2020 I app**** for an online MTN Black Friday Deal. I subsequently got a refno: ***5 and got a mail that MTN will be in touch. Having struggled to contact them for a month they eventually phoned me and said deal not available anymore! Just a warning to all MTN users!
