MTN bait and switch
<p>On the 25th of November 2016(black friday) mtn said that if u enter into the samsung S7 contract you will receive a 32 inch Samsung Tv ... after i concluded the contract i was told the Tv will be delivered along with the gear Vr.</p> <p>The gear Vr was delivered but there was no Tv, i went to the Mtn store but they did not have an answere for and said the will call me back.</p>

Kindly note the process to receive the promotional TV is not the same as the one used to get the VR.
You should have received a voucher for the TV with the handset at the store. You were then supposed to contact the courier (details on voucher) and quote the voucher number and set us the delivery of the TV.
Please confirm that you have received this voucher?
