MTN bad very bad service

Very bad service I did my upgrade on September the 4'th then they delivered the wrong phone and it was send back to MTN via DSV. Now still waiting as it was promised it will be delivered the 17'th or 18'th but it is still not even invoiced at MTN and stuck in the warehouse.
