MTN bad supportUseless UDDS services and app

MTN USSD codes still not working, which means that I cannot load data on my phone... I have been trying to get my credit limit increased so that I can use the app to load data but their support service is up to nuggets and unable to actually assist.

I have been with MTN for about 18 years and consider moving all my contracts to a different service provider since this is so frustrating!

I have also complained on their facebook page with no success in getting the issue resolved... I dont mind paying the high data rates, I do however mind not being abe to get data loaded due to incompetance from theis systems and support people...
