Mtn bad *****ing
We are paying for 20 gb day time and 20 gb night time. We only receive 10 gb. Mtn keeps telling us to call 135. But that doesn't help. They put in a query and 72 hours later still nothing been done. Nothing other that *******

I signed for 20gb daytime and 20 gb night time.
I wil be going to mtn in Potchefstroom today. This is nothing other than theft.
Money is being taken from me and I get have the service. Maybe its because I'm young that you think I'm inexperienced and that I wouldn't follow up?

Your package has been corrected and the correct data bundles has been loaded as pro rata, from next allocation 12th August that is when you will receive 20GB anytime data + 20GB NE data.
Please check the balance.
