MTN Bad Signal

I am extremely frustrated with MTN. I've been with them for many years without any issues. Since Loadshedding started again this year it unfortunately went all downhill. I have absolutely no reception when the power is out and even now with no loadshedding my reception is horrible. I am paying for a service that is absolutely pathetic. I had to make a very urgent call on Monday and I couldn't get through because I had no reception. Most days I am lucky if I have 3g. I always used to have 4g. Customer care etc has the most ridiculous answers. I am so fed up with MTN
