MTN bad services

Poor service, second time in 10 days MTN data network is down for more than 24 hours. Luckily I have a Telkom contract as well. Thus if 1 goes down I just switch the sim. Oddly Telkom uses MTN network. In SA you cannot rely on a single network. Iccasa should apply penalties when net work is down for more than 2 hours. We have a contract which you cannot cancel, the agreement is one sided. Shame on you MTN, enjoy your monopoly
