MTN - Bad Services and No response !

MTN Does not even deserve a 1 STAR ! My Cellphone contract ended in July 2021. Ever since they've been charging me monthly which reflects badly on my credit score(as it shows that I MISS my payments ).I've phoned and emailed them Numerous times with no call backs or referring me to retentions who also don't even answer their phones . I'm so Frustrated at this point, because of them being ********* and ********** , I would NOT recommend them at ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
