MTN bad services

MTN South Africa is the worst cellphone network ever. I am trying to speak to cancellation department now for 5 days. I am holding for 45 min and more to speak to an agent. If my phone is not cancelled in time, will MTN pay me back? Surely not. I will never use MTN for any upgrades anymore.
