MTN BAD SERVICE TO CANCEL A CONTRACT

Good Day, I received a call in 2019 for a upgrade and I agreed and was told in 5-7 working days the courier will deliver the parcel. It was 16days already excluding weekends and no courier delivered. I called MTN and told them I want to cancel the whole contract as I was waiting for almost 3weeks for the courier to deliver the phone and they told me the contract is cancelled. Now they are telling me I can't cancel this contract as its due 14 October 2021. Service is bad. Today was the first time I got hold of someone in the cancel department after waiting on hold for more than 40.32mins for someone to assist me. So MTN I will cancel all 4 of my contracts with you and will make sure that all family and friends do the same. Since 2019 I've tried calling MTN to cancel this 1 contract and today of all days they told me to pay a cancel fee.
