MTN Bad service ( Ref ***)

I have paid MTN double payments (debit order and the other was on credit card) on the 05 May 2026 for a WIFI. I have sent an email on the 05 May 2026, requesting a refund after discovering I paid twice for the same month. I have been receiving emails saying "query opened, query closed" which does not make sense.

MTN how long does one have to wait for a refund? Your service sucks? I need that money back!
