MTN BAD SERVICE PROVIDER AND NO SERVICE

I started phoning this morning at 7 o clock to get a copy of my contract that was done through Retentions MTN I'm still phoning. This is how it started number 135, they said phone ***, they said ***, they said ***, they said ***, they said 135, they said ***, they said they cant help me. MTN was a brilliant company they went down the drain their worse than Vodacom know. On a contract premium of R489 MTN took R1 096 and says after this month my premium will be R1 044 i have sent emails to the email addresses given to me no luck
