MTN bad service provider

Last month on the 27th of July I wrote a complain against MTN on HelloPeter... Now I have complain against HelloPeter bcz @HelloPeter is not taking any action against MTN... I'm paying to @MTN every month for nothing... As I my complain was regarding internet connection Failure I get 80 GB data per month but I'm unable to use it bcz of MTN ******* service... MTN is just robbing people they keep on deducted money from money account while I'm unable to use their services.. It's been 5 months now I'm struggling to get over it... But seems like we are living in the world where people dnt care about each other....
