MTN Bad Service Provider

Despite having an exceptional account payment record with MTN for over 10 years, I have been struggling with MTN to get my account activated after THEIR payment system crashed. It has been almost 1 month since my account was active. Despite contacting MTN on a Daily basis since 1 November 2023, the issue has still not been resolved and payment has been made up until end of December! I will be cancelling my contract with MTN.
