MTN bad service - please shut down your service if you cannot deliver !!!!

mtn services are very poor. 1. their call centre numbers are never working 2. kiosk shops telephone numbers are not updated on the internet 3. call center agents very unprofessional and never understand their customer's problem 4. the shop stewards/ person behind the counter will help just to make you go away 5. my phone has been barred since 24/12 and i am still unable to us it even tough they were able to send airtime to my phone - but they could not pick it up that the phone has been barred. 6. sent them email 4 hours ago, i am still waiting but yet sent a message for me to rate them. they are really not serious....
