MTN Bad service- NO STOCK and SYSTEM OFFLINE

Very poor service from MTN, the Branch itself is very slow. Spent close to three hours at branch 0186, in Richards Bay, had to CHANGE choices twice, as there is no stock available on advertised deals (Second time in a month, still waiting for callback on my other line upgrade also do to no stock). Pathetic. After eventually jumping all the hoops with different packages and deals, I am told the system is offline. Three hours wasted, and then you leave empty handed. Have been with MTN ten years plus, this is a deal breaker.
