MTN BAD SERVICE / NO SERVICE

Very disappointed in MTN. I have settled my cellphone contract in advance to reduce my monthly expenses. I have canceled my contract an is now on prepaid but MTN is still deducting monthly from my account. To try and sort it out via the call centre with the so called "service champions" is a dead lost. Transfering you from one division to onother. For more than 20 years with MTN im gonna call it the end.
