MTN bad service. Ghandi squire, Carlton center and New Town.

I went to Mtn Ghandi squire to do sim swap because I was unsuccessful when I do it on my own. I did affidavit and certified I'd copy and proof of residence. At Ghandi square they told me I must go to MTN calton center because the person who authorize is not at work, I then went to MTN Carlton center and they also dismissed me saying they don't do swim swap for prepaid customers. For me its not possible, what I've noticed is that they want to do sales instead of swim swap. As we speak I don't know what to do, I'm now at New Town MTN and they are telling me I must go to Park Station because their system is down and their manager is not available. I now don't know what to do because no one is willing to assist me.
