MTN Bad Service

MTN placed me on wrong upgrade amount in February 2021, after confirming several times with the call agent that the contract is for R949 over 3 years - MTN can verify by checking call recordings. Tried several times to rectify and have many reference numbers: Ref nr: ***, email: ***2 from Npho at MTN call center - dates of calls - 26/03/2021, 7/04/2021 and more. I had to stop the debit order, hoping MTN will call me - nothing from them - please rectify my account MTN
