MTN BAD SERVICE

MTN Insurance brokers are the most *********** people I have ever had to deal with. I made the mistake of making a payment into MTN Claims account instead of my MTN account. I have been struggling for a month to get the money paid back to me or transferred to my MTN account, they do not answer your calls neither do they read a mail sent to them. yet MTN is very quick to suspend your phone if a payment was not received in time. I have been a customer with MTN for over 15years and this is the way they treat long time customers. DO NOT make the mistake of signing up with MTN you will be disappointed.
