MTN bad service
Upgrade issue and the consultant did not disclose all the information. Called the MTN customer care and the agent says he can not help me, i must call the original consultant. what is the point of customer care if you can no help or willing to go the extra mile to help? MTN sucks

Does MTN respond to dissatisfied clients or correct the position of the client?
