Mtn bad service

Beginning December app**** for month to month data deal with mtn did it telephonically with prominade store manager, data never worked when I call to cancel I am being told that this is 24 month contract and not the month to month deal. Ever since then I have been calling, emailing sending inboxes no response at all. Mtn really sucks cause I won't pay for something I never used nor even wanted now my scoring is being affected by this.
