MTN bad service

I’ve been complaining to mtn & its workers about a WiFi that wasn’t working the first day called them couple of times that week to fix it or take it but nothing was resolved. I was promised they will boost my network speed nothing was done or whatsoever. Now they debiting me ever since those months & I’ve been demanding them to close the contract because it’s affecting my other contract that’s an ESim that I rely on for calls. The money keeps increasing monthly but I even told them to check the spending of data till day one it was never used but they don’t want to close their contract for me. I already had 3 contract with them & now I want to cancel all of them if they don’t close this WiFi one I am tired of their bad service 😡 😡😡they don’t want to be help accountable for their bad service or what they are doing they want me to pay for a service I don’t use or never used. I wouldn’t advice anyone go through what I am going through now
