MTN bad service

I have sim card contract with MTN, and they upgrade my data without my knowledge. I have been asking for cancellation for the past 3 months. on the 7th of this month they asked me to pay the outstanding amount so that they can do cancellation but still the contract is cancelled. I'm not getting any help to anyone please help
