MTN Bad service

We were sold a data package by MTN that never worked properly. It was a nightmare tying to get the call center people to help. Eventually we had to go to Morningside and even there got no joy. Is anybody else having this experience with MTN which seems to be going the way of Telkom? I would never recommend MTN to anybody
