MTN - Bad Service

I am highly disappointed with MTN South Africa, I had purchased a Yellowbucks McDonald's voucher. McDonald's does not know how the voucher is meant to be redeemed. I contacted MTN customer care the consultatant had me hold the line while she "find out", the call cut.

I called again on the 04/02/21 and the same thing happened. Answered my call told me to hold and never picked up again.

This is really frustrating as a customer. MTN if you want to launch a loyalty program make sure you train all parties involved to assist with queries and operations.
