MTN bad service

I am an MTN customer for a long time now and their service has gone backwards trying to upgrade to a console deal and I was contacted by 5 different agents just for a guy to phone me back and state it was apoertly an old deal and they don't offer it I am frustrated and ticked off with mtn I will move to a new provider as my contracts expire I am done with mtn
